Badrinath, Kedarnath, Yamunotri, Gangotri registration is mandatory from 2023. Any piligrim who wants to visit char dham Yatra, in India needs to register them selves at the below website FREE of cost. 

Create an account and register individually or with family.

Do carry a valid Personal Id card during the char dham Yatra.

Char Dham Yatra registration has started from 21st Feb 2023 https://registrationandtouristcare.uk.gov.in/

Kapat Opening of Kedarnath dham 2023 is 25th April 2023, 6:20am

Kapat Opening of Badrinath Dham 2023 is 27th April 2023, 7:10am

Kapat opening for Yamunotri and Gangotri is yet to be announced.

NOTE: Documents to be carried for Char Dham Yatra 2023 by Helicopter will open from 15th March 2023.

Please carry following documents along with the ticket printout of Helicopter Booking

- Ticket as printed from portal. (No digital ticket will be accepted)

- Boarding Pass as printed from portal. (No digital boarding pass will be accepted)

- Passenger wise ID proof as submitted at the time of online booking of Helicopter.

Thousands of people are present at the venue to pay their final respects. A large number of people, including women, started arriving here for the cremation of 49-year-old Sarabjit who succumbed to his injuries in a hospital in Lahore on Thursday following a brutal attack in Kot Lakhpat Jail where he was lodged since 1990. Union minister of state for external affairs Preneet Kaur, an MP from Patiala, Punjab chief minister Parkash Singh Badal, his deputy Sukhbir Badal and a number of leaders are expected to attend the last rites of Sarabjit.
